Yes, all property owners receive a copy of the lease to review and sign once the tenants have signed. -

How long of a lease do you sign?
Our leases are 12 months -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
Typically we recommend 1 months rent, however this is up to the owner. Our Security Deposits are typically set at 1.5 x's the monthly rent -
How soon can you start managing my property?
Once you give us a move out date, we will have photos taken and start marketing the property. -
